This is to inform all concerned students that applications for the Missed Examination/ Overlap Examination/ Improvement Examination of the Final Examination, Spring 2026 are now being accepted.

This opportunity is available for students who:

• Were unable to attend the final examination due to valid reasons (e.g., medical emergencies or examination schedule overlap); or
• Wish to improve their academic performance by reappearing in the examination.

Examination Schedule

The Missed, Overlap, and Improvement Examinations will be conducted according to the schedule determined by the respective Course Teacher and/or the Examination Committee. The detailed schedule will be announced later.

Application Procedure

Application Submission Period: 7–10 June 2026

Submission Location: Department Office

Required Documents

Applicants must submit the relevant supporting documents along with their application, including:

• Medical documents (for absence due to illness);
• Examination routine/schedule (for overlap cases);
• Improvement examination form (collect from the department office);
• Any other relevant documents supporting the application.

Important Notes

• The decision of the Examination Committee regarding eligibility and all related matters shall be considered final.
• Students are strongly advised to submit their applications within the specified deadline. Late applications will not be accepted under any circumstances.
