Students listed in the above table are strongly instructed to start working on their final defense project immediately and to maintain continuous communication with their assigned supervisors. This will ensure their final defense work is properly aligned with the instructions provided by the assigned supervisor. 

It is important to note that supervisors reserve the right to permit or deny a student from appearing before the Pre-Defense board. In this regard, the recommendation of supervisors will be regarded as a conclusive decision by the Defense Board.

Notice of Final Defense (Summer 2025)


This is to notify that the final defense for Phase 2 students registered for the Summer 2025 semester is scheduled for Saturday, November 15, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. in Room 1020. The reporting time is 9:00 a.m. All prospective students are strongly advised to collect the Final Defense Recommendation Form from the MCT office and meet with their respective supervisors immediately. Once the student portion of the form is filled out, students must submit it to their supervisor. The supervisor will then forward the form to the Defense Management Committee. This form will be available in the MCT office starting October 23, 2025, and must be submitted to the supervisor by November 1, 2025. Failure to submit the form on time will automatically disqualify a student from appearing before the final defense board.
