Improvement ExamNo mid-term improvement. Pay 60% of course fee for final improvement.
Course Add/DropYou may add or drop any course within 7 days after registration.
Semester ResultCheck results from your student portal (Live Result option).
Minimum CGPAYou need a CGPA of 2.50 to qualify for the degree.
Blocked ResultClear dues, then contact Department → Registrar → Exam Office.
Transcript & CertificateApply online through the student portal and follow the payment steps.
Grade ImprovementApply within the deadline with course teacher’s approval.
Department EventsJoin seminars, fests, and project exhibitions organized by department.
Student Portal UseCheck regularly for academic, financial, and exam notices.
Convocation NoticeComplete all clearance and thesis/internship for convocation eligibility.
Payment ReminderClear all dues before exam clearance deadlines.
After 4:30 PM PolicyNo student may stay in the department after 4:30 PM without written permission.
